Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your item. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Please review our return policy below for more details.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving your RMA number, securely place the item in its original packaging along with proof of purchase and the completed return form, including the RMA number. Mail your return to the following address:
Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item for processing. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Software
- Phone unlocking services
- Data recovery services

- A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
